1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DocRelay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description
DocRelay is a SaaS product that helps teams store files sent from connected LINE Groups into the Google Drive or OneDrive account connected to their workspace. DocRelay may create a dedicated workspace folder, such as DocRelay-<workspaceName>, and organize uploaded files under that folder.

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of DocRelay, including ensuring that:

- You have the rights to files submitted to connected LINE Groups.
- You have authority to connect Google Drive or OneDrive for the relevant workspace.
- You manage file sharing permissions inside your organization's Google Drive or OneDrive.
- You do not use DocRelay to upload illegal content or content you are not authorized to use.

4. Drive Connection
By connecting Google Drive or OneDrive, you authorize DocRelay to create a dedicated folder and upload files from connected LINE Groups into that folder. You may revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account permissions. If the connected Drive is disconnected, DocRelay may not be able to store new files for that workspace.

5. Trial Period
The trial period is 14 days unless otherwise agreed. DocRelay may limit features, usage volume, support, or integrations during the trial period.

6. Privacy and PDPA
Your use of DocRelay is also subject to our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice. During signup, DocRelay may record consent evidence such as acceptance time, source, IP address, and user agent for compliance and audit purposes.

7. Availability and Changes
DocRelay may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or changes to features and integrations. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to improve security, reliability, or product functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocRelay is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. DocRelay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination
You may stop using DocRelay at any time. DocRelay may suspend or terminate access if there is misuse, security risk, non-payment, violation of these terms, or other operational reason.
