1. Introduction

DocRelay is a software service that helps teams store files sent from connected LINE Groups into the Google Drive or OneDrive account connected to their workspace. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices users have when using DocRelay.

2. Information We Collect

DocRelay may collect and process the following information:

  • Account email used to sign in to DocRelay.
  • Workspace information, including workspace name, role, plan, and status.
  • LINE group identifier and display name for connected LINE Groups.
  • Uploaded file metadata, such as file name, MIME type, file size, upload time, storage provider, storage file ID, and Google Drive or OneDrive file link.
  • Google or Microsoft account email used for the Drive connection.
  • OAuth refresh token stored securely server-side to maintain the Google Drive or OneDrive connection.
  • Audit logs and webhook event metadata required for security, debugging, and service operation.

3. Drive Data Usage

DocRelay uses Google Drive or OneDrive access only to create a dedicated DocRelay folder and upload files sent from connected LINE Groups. For Google Drive, DocRelay uses the least privilege scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file.

  • DocRelay does not share Google Drive or OneDrive data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
  • Users may revoke Google or Microsoft access at any time from their account permissions.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, connect workspaces with LINE Groups, upload files to Google Drive or OneDrive, show file history in the dashboard, and provide security, audit, debugging, and support.

5. Data Sharing

DocRelay does not sell user data, file metadata, Google Drive data, or OneDrive data. We do not share data with third parties for advertising. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers only as necessary to operate DocRelay.

6. Data Security

DocRelay stores secrets and OAuth tokens server-side, controls access by workspace membership, protects internal APIs from public access, maintains audit logs, and uses least privilege OAuth scopes needed to provide the service.

7. Data Retention

DocRelay retains metadata only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain audit records, troubleshoot issues, and meet operational needs. Users may request deletion of workspace data by contacting us.

8. User Control

Users may disconnect Google Drive or OneDrive, revoke Google or Microsoft permissions, request deletion of workspace data, or stop using the service.

9. PDPA Consent Records

When users sign up, DocRelay may record acceptance of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, PDPA Notice, and optional marketing consent, including timestamp, source, IP address, and user agent for compliance, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes.
